Date Night

We found a great Mexican import store here in Columbus and built a date night around it.  I found a fantastic enchilada recipe, we shopped only at the import store, put the girls to bed and made it. Scott and I have found that we really enjoy making new dishes together and really like to experiment with new kinds of food.  We finished the night by watching Across the Universe,  a movie we hadn't seen yet.  I checked it out from the library so the date was pretty cheap.  It was such a great night.  I can't wait for the next one.  We plan to go the Chines import store down the street.  Should be fun!!
